Client Relations Manager - German projects

We are now looking for a Client Relations Manager for our German projects.

Summary

With direct reference to the CEO the Client Relations Manager (CRM) is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with D1’s clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and promoting long-term business growth. This role involves acting as the primary point of contact between D1 and the clients for the assigned projects, resolving any issues promptly, and working closely with internal teams to meet client needs and improve dialogue service offerings.

You will be assigned an existing clients portifoli and responsible for acquiring new projects and clients.

Responsibilities and task

Client Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
    • Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss their needs, goals, and any issues they are experiencing.
    • Participate in relevant client activities like trade fair etc.

Issue Resolution

  • Address and resolve any client complaints or concerns promptly.
    • Coordinate with internal departments (mainly IT and HR) to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs.

Client and Project Onboarding

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients and projects, ensuring a smooth transition and integration.
  • Assist and provide training and support to consultants on client products or services.

Account Management

  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, client stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Monitor and forecast clients’ needs to proactively manage potential issues and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare regular reports on client status, usage, and feedback.
  • Conduct frequent regular calling to client’s customers to get market feedback
  • Monitor and analyze the projects customer data to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities.
  • Assist HR in providing data and information for invoicing
  • Ensure proper documentation of client projects including GDPR, IT and telephone set up
  • Prepare yearly budget and activity plan for client projects
  • Ensure that the monthly project objectives for the clients are reached

 

Skills

Job skills

  • Customer-oriented with a strong focus on value creation for clients
  • Experience with Project Management and CRM systems
  • Understanding of dialogue marketing industry
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communication, marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • German mother tongue and fluent English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
